Karen has worked professionally for eight years, creatively directing, designing and overseeing the production of a wide range of projects, from corporate identity to capital campaign development. Over the years her work has been recognized by the most prestigious of national design competitions, including:

Prior to co-founding Davis Design Partners, Karen has worked as a designer Pittsburgh and Houston.

Karen has previously served on the board of the Art Directors Club of Houston and has taught Introduction to Graphic Design at Kent State University.
