Karen has worked professionally for twelve years, creatively directing, designing and overseeing the production of a wide range of projects, from corporate identity to capital campaign development. Over the years her design contributions have been recognized by the most prestigious of national design competitions (see list of awards here):

Prior to co-founding Davis Design Partners, Karen has worked as a designer in Pittsburgh and Houston. Karen has previously served on the board of The Art Directors Club of Houston and taught Introduction to Graphic Design at Kent State University.

Matt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of design to the Midwest region. Prior to co-founding Davis Design Partners, he worked in Pittsburgh, Houston and Baltimore. His work has been recognized by the most prestigious of national and international design competitions (see list of awards here):

Matt is also an Associate Professor and Chair of the Division of Graphic Design at Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, Ohio), where he teaches undergraduate courses in graphic design each semester along with five other full-time faculty colleagues, while administrating a Division of approximately 140 graphic design majors.

Matt has previously served as Vice President of the Art Directors Club of Houston and is a current board member of the newly-formed Toledo chapter of AIGA, serving as Education Chair.
