Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that it has received three 2011 Communicator Awards from the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

An Award of Excellence (Gold Communicator Award) and two Awards of Distinction (Silver Communicator Award) were given for the following: American Society of Anesthesiologists website redesign, the American Association of Endodontists website redesign, and the .orgSource website redesign. A distinguished panel of judges determined winners from over 6,000 entries. Winning work is available online.

Davis Design Partners receives gdUSA American Web Design Award

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that it has received a 2011 American Web Design Award from Graphic Design USA magazine for the American Society of Anesthesiologists website redesign.

The gdUSA American Web Design Awards, sponsored by The Creative Group, is a national competition. A distinguished panel of judges determined this year’s winners from over 1,000 entries – only 100 designs were selected as winners. Winning companies were listed in the May, 2011 issue of Graphic Design USA magazine, and winning work is available online until May, 2012.

The AssociationCIO Web Site Design was recognized as a Silver Award Winner in the “Consulting” category. Receiving over 3,000 entries this year, The W3 Awards honors outstanding websites, web marketing, and web advertising created by some of the best interactive agencies, designers, and creators worldwide. The competition is sanctioned and judged by the IAVA, an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a “Who’s Who” of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms.

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that it has had three marks accepted into the international e-publication, TrademarksUSA 1.

The redesigned mark for his own firm Davis Design Partners, AssociationCIO, and FlashForward Ventures were selected by Executive Director and publisher of TrademarksUSA, David E. Carter, the best-selling author/editor in the history of graphic design books. More than 1100 submissions were received, with 321 chosen for the online e-book.

Davis Design Partners receives Mazie Gold Award

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that it has received a Gold Award in the 1st Annual Mazie Awards competition sponsored by the American Pixel Academy for the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons Website Redesign.

A total 42 Platinum and 68 Gold Awards from nearly 400 entries across the USA and Canada were given out by David E. Carter, Executive Director and long-standing design critic. The Mazie Awards honors outstanding use of graphic effects in print, web and moving pixels.

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that Matt Davis, Principal, has been invited to be a judge for the 40th Annual Creativity International Awards for Media (New Media, Web Design, Commercials, TV & Video, Film & Video, and Alternative Media).

The Creativity International Awards is one of the longest running, independent international advertising and graphic design competitions, established as a traveling exhibit in conjunction with Art Direction Magazine in 1970. A full-color case-bound book, showcasing winning work from each competition is published each year.

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that they have received four Creativity 38 Awards.
The AGC of California Web Site Redesign won a prestigious Gold Award; the Purdue Theatre 2007-08 Season Posters, the University School REACH Brochure, and the University School Web Site Redesign each won Silver awards.
The Creativity annual competitions have emerged as one of the premier sources for outstanding design from around the globe. This 38th edition displays creative and innovative work from all fifty states and over 30 countries. Less than ten percent (10%) of the 3,000 entries were selected for publication in the 400-page full color book, released Spring 2009 by HarperCollins.

Davis Design Partners is pleased to announce that they have received six American Graphic Design Awards from Graphic Design USA magazine.
The American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons website redesign, AGC of California website redesign, BGSU School of Art 2007-08 ARTalks Lecture Series poster, University School (US) 2006-07 Annual Report, US Kindergarten Open House Poster, and US REACH Overview Brochure were recognized for excellence in communication and graphic design. The American Graphic Design Awards, sponsored by Adobe Systems Inc., is a national competition now entering its 47th year. Less than fifteen-percent of the over 10,000 entries were honored this year. A national panel of distinguished judges determined this year’s winners. Selected works were featured in the December, 2008 issue of Graphic Design USA magazine.
