Karen Davis

Karen has worked pro­fes­sion­ally for over 15 years, cre­atively direct­ing, design­ing and over­see­ing the pro­duc­tion of a wide range of projects, from cor­po­rate iden­tity to cap­i­tal cam­paign devel­op­ment. Over the years her design con­tri­bu­tions have been rec­og­nized by the most pres­ti­gious of national design com­pe­ti­tions (see list of awards here):

Prior to co-founding Davis Design Partners, Karen has worked as a designer in Pittsburgh and Houston. Karen has pre­vi­ously served on the board of The Art Directors Club of Houston and taught Introduction to Graphic Design at Kent State University.

Matt Davis

Matt brings nearly two decades of expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge of design to the Midwest region. Prior to co-founding Davis Design Partners, he worked in Pittsburgh, Houston and Baltimore. His work has been rec­og­nized by the most pres­ti­gious of national and inter­na­tional design com­pe­ti­tions (see list of awards here):

Matt is also an Associate Professor and Chair of the Division of Graphic Design (BGSUGD) at Bowling Green State University (Bowling Green, Ohio), where he teaches courses in graphic design each semes­ter along with four full-time fac­ulty col­leagues, while admin­is­trat­ing a cohort of nearly 150 graphic design majors.

Matt has pre­vi­ously served as Vice President of the Art Directors Club of Houston and is cur­rently an active board mem­ber of the AIGA Toledo chap­ter, serv­ing con­tin­u­ally as its Education Chair since its found­ing in 2007.
