University School REACH Brochure

University School’s REACH brochure was designed to pro­mote and inform the pub­lic and prospec­tive stu­dents about this unique and highly com­pet­i­tive 3-year/3-summer enrich­ment pro­gram for academically-talented African-American middle-school boys.

The piece was designed to make the reader feel con­nected to the pro­gram. The story starts by ask­ing the reader to “Imagine a Place…”. Large-scale, engag­ing pho­tographs are paired with poignant state­ments, reflec­tive of the big-picture ben­e­fits of the program—that is, encour­ag­ing stu­dents to set high goals, believe in them­selves, and achieve those goals through hard work and dedication.
