St.Vincent Health Website System Redesign

A mem­ber of Ascension Health, the nation’s largest not-for-prof­it and Catholic Healthcare System, St.Vincent Health is the state of Indiana’s largest health­care employ­er, with 16 hos­pi­tals serv­ing 45 coun­ties. St.Vincent Health System engaged DDP to pro­vide web site archi­tec­ture con­sul­ta­tion and plan­ning, and a com­plete sys­tem-wide site redesign, with the pri­ma­ry goal of cre­at­ing a sin­gle-source web pres­ence for the sys­tem itself, while still pro­vid­ing each region­al­ly-based hos­pi­tal loca­tion a pres­ence all their own. The home page was designed to allow for sig­nif­i­cant flex­i­bil­i­ty in chang­ing con­tent and col­or palette to accom­mo­date changes in sea­sons and/or spe­cif­ic ini­tia­tives or health top­ics. This approach pro­vid­ed St.Vincent Health and web users with an ever-chang­ing site that is always fresh in its design and cur­rent in its content.
